Search for appraisals

Perform a search to efficiently locate appraisals.

Appraisal search functions like a typical web browser search, allowing you to enter any amount of information and find all related records. For example, a search for 150 would find appraisals with 150 in the appraisal details, such as Appraisal ID, Map Number, or Parcel Address.

Access appraisal search

  • To access appraisal search, select Appraisals on the left-side navigation.

  • You can also access a simple appraisal search from an appraisal record.

Perform an appraisal search

The following image and legend describe the appraisal search options.

  1. Appraisal ID, Map Number, or Parcel Address: Enter a search term to locate an appraisal.

  2. Show All, Residential, Residential-MH, Commercial, or Agricultural: Select the status of appraisal records to include in the search.

  3. Include Reassessments: Select to include reassessment appraisals in the search.

  4. Pending Only: Select to search for appraisals with a Pending status.

  5. Search Appraisals: After entering the desired search criteria, select Search Appraisals to perform the search.

  6. Clear Search: Clear all search criteria and the search grids.

  1. Search results: View the search results in the grid below the search box.

    Select an Appraisal ID to view the appraisal record.

    Tip: If an appraisal has multiple versions, a right-facing arrow displays beside the Appraisal ID. Select the arrow to view the version details.

  1. Reset All Filters: Reset any filters applied to search results in the grid.

  2. Export to Excel: Download an Excel file of the search results.
